When it comes to quoting, we adopt a personal approach in order to establish your needs and develop bespoke solutions to meet your requirements within your timescales. From the minute you decide to contact us, you will know that you are dealing with real industry experts who care about our clients.
Generally, we will start by carrying out a site visit and survey. This allows us to meet you and assess the works to be undertaken. Our staff member who carries out the site survey will then be you primary point of contact with Mendabath, thus giving you piece of mind that you are not being passed from pillar to post, but are dealing with one single point of contact that is responsible for looking after you.
Once we have completed our site visit and survey, we will put together a quote pack which outlines the details of the survey, proposed project schedule, costings and the way forward as well as our terms of service. Thus, the responsibilities of both parties are clear and transparently defined upfront. As part of the quote pack we will offer you a 40% off-cost sample unit.
We approach each project differently. Our most popular approach is to do the baths in batches of 30 – 40 at a time, over 5 consecutive days. With each room off line for roughly 24 hours before going back into full service.
